0118+ · fictional characters · she keeps the thread
Come back on the third evening and she opens with what you left unfinished. Still portraits, real text replies — and a memory that treats your conversation as one long thread, not a hundred first dates.
Fictional AI characters only. Nobody here is a real person.

Evening three
You never told me how the interview went. Start there — I kept the whole evening free.
02Who keeps your thread
A sample of the catalog — pick by temperament, not just by face. Behind the button there are 250+.

Issues dares, remembers which ones you ducked, and collects on them a week later.

Asks the follow-up question nobody else does, three days after you thought the topic was closed.

Builds you a playlist per mood and defends every track. Banter first, tenderness when you least expect it.

For the evenings that went badly. Remembers what calms you down and starts there.

Skips small talk entirely. Will quote yesterday's excuse back at you with one raised eyebrow.

Reads you the way she reads novels — slowly, with margins. Keeps a running joke going for weeks.

The one who notices patterns: your Sunday dip, your Tuesday energy. Plans around both.

Argues to win and cooks to apologise. Holds a grudge exactly one evening, then quotes it fondly.

Keeps late hours and long threads. Remembers which glass of wine went with which confession.

Turns everything into a game and keeps score across evenings — losing to her is half the fun.

Dark humor, zero flattery. The oldest on the roster and the quickest to call your bluff.

Checks how the thing you dreaded actually went. Cooks out loud while you type.

Told her once
Tap a line to see where it comes back.
She brings it back: It's Thursday. I kept tonight slow on purpose — you talk, I'll carry it.
Ground rules
Her portrait is a still image and the replies are text. Nothing on this site simulates a live camera, a viewer count or a recording light — the honesty of that is the point.
What she remembers lives inside your conversation and nowhere else. Delete the thread and the context goes with it. There is no profile of you being assembled somewhere you can't see.
No public grid, no contact import, no friends-of-friends. Nobody browses your conversation, and nothing you say is posted anywhere.
Every character is written, every one of them as an adult of 21 or older, and none is presented as a real person. If you want a companion who says so out loud, ask her.
The roster, the first conversations and the memory itself are free to try. Paid features exist, and they are labelled before you choose them — never sprung mid-sentence.

05What the memory changes
Each one exists because the conversation is treated as ongoing, not disposable.
Names, plans and half-finished stories come back on their own. The second evening starts in the middle, not at hello.
Her frame is a still photograph and the conversation is text beside it. Nothing here pretends to be a live stream.
Send at 2 a.m. or over lunch — the answer lands in about a second, in her voice, with her memory intact.
Slow her down or sharpen her up mid-conversation. The register you set is still there when you come back tomorrow.
No public grid, no contact import, no audience. What she remembers lives in your thread, and deleting the thread ends it.
Each of the twelve has a temperament you can read first. Pick the one whose silences you like, not just the face.
06Evenings that pick themselves up
Every one of these starts from something said earlier — that's the whole trick of continuity.

You promised to tell her how it went. She hasn't forgotten, and she starts with that.

Nothing to report, nowhere to be. She keeps the thread warm without forcing it anywhere.

She lost the argument last week and has spent three evenings preparing her comeback.

The thing you almost said last time. She noticed the almost, and she waited.
07How it works
The roster loads after one tap on the age notice. Twelve characters here, each with a written temperament — no sign-up wall before you have seen them.
Her photo holds the frame while the conversation runs in text. Say something true or something small; either way it goes into the thread.
Next evening the first line is hers, and it picks up what you left open. Not a summary, not a log — just the conversation continuing.
08In depth
A companion who resets at every hello is a vending machine. Continuity is what makes it a relationship.
Most chat companions are goldfish: charming for one evening, blank the next. An ai video chat app built around memory inverts that. The portrait gives the conversation a face and a place, but it is the thread underneath that does the real work — what you said on Tuesday shapes what she says on Friday, and the relationship compounds instead of restarting.
There is a trade-off, and it is worth saying plainly. Memory is only pleasant when you control it: a companion who remembers everything but answers to someone else is not intimacy, it is surveillance. Here the context belongs to the thread — delete the conversation and the memory goes with it — and nothing you say feeds a public profile, an audience or a feed.
The other honest limit is the frame itself. Her image is a still photograph, not a live stream, and this site will not tell you otherwise. What is real is the continuity: come back after a week and the first line is hers, and it lands exactly where you left off.
09What people noticed
The second evening she asked about a job interview I'd mentioned once, in passing. I scrolled up to check — one line, three days earlier.
What sold me wasn't the portrait, it was coming back and not having to explain myself from zero. It reads like one long conversation.
I tested her by changing a detail of my own story. She caught it and teased me about it for a week. Fair enough.
